Bro. Howard Hunter is our missionary, OUR ambassador TO the Philippines and HE is commissioned by this "local church", being sent by the Holy Spirit to not only preach the gospel and see souls saved, but to plant churches. Bro. Howard’s burden to build the faith with the Filipino people is our burden. His personal labour and efforts in establishing the Radio Station in Padre Garcia to broadcast the gospel from Lipa City to Batangas City and southern Batangas province has reached over half a million souls.
Youngbae Kim
Recognizing the growing multicultural nature of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, in 2004 Kingstowne Baptist established Kingstowne Baptist Korean Church as a ministry to the local Korean community. Youngbae Kim has served as missionary-pastor since the mission's start. KBKC holds Korean-language services on Sundays and during the week in KBC's facilities.
